Our most popular class, this energizing total body workout will sculpt muscles and increase overall strength while minimizing joint stress. Taught primarily in the deep water, this class is designed for more seasoned class participants and/or athletes. Individuals must be comfortable in deep water with a buoyancy belt for up to 50 minutes.

aqua knees & Hips
Led by an aquatic physical therapist, this class is designed for individuals with knee or hip pain who may be preparing for or recovering from surgery. This class can accommodate all ability levels... it’s a great starting point for anyone interested in beginning water fitness classes! Build hip and leg strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance in both shallow and deep water, and feel the difference on land!

hard core balance
Build core strength, perfect your posture, and improve your balance in a high-energy group setting! This class, led by an aquatic physical therapist, will help you find muscles you didn't know you had! Best for active individuals and athletes; participants must be comfortable in deep water with buoyancy belt for approx. 30-35 minutes.
Intermediate - Advanced level
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8am
New to water fitness? We recommend that you try this class! Move through a series of stations using pool equipment and water resistance to gain strength, flexibility, and endurance. This full-body workout includes approximately 30 minutes of deep water exercise and 30 minutes of shallow water exercise.

Balance & Beyond
Worried about falls? Taught by an aquatic physical therapist, this class will help you improve your balance, coordination, and strength in a safe, small group setting. Perfect for individuals with Parkinson's Disease or other neurological disorders. Caregivers may accompany participants in the pool with pre-approval. In-person registration required; please call or visit the pool for more information.

Aqua Dance Party: Deep Water
Aqua Dance Party combines the benefits of aquatic exercise with high-energy choreographed dance routines. This class will embrace the rhythms and movements of a variety of upbeat musical styles creating endless possibilities for fun and energizing workouts.
No dance background necessary - just the willingness to move and have fun. Routines feature dynamic rhythms and easy-to-learn steps that'll get you moving right away. Must be comfortable in deep water with a buoyancy belt for 60 minutes.
This is a special class typically offered once every 6-8 weeks on Saturday mornings; check Mindbody for class listings.
