Our water fitness classes are not your average aqua aerobics classes! We offer specialty classes five days a week for all ability levels. 

Unlike traditional aqua aerobics classes, our leaders usually instruct from within the pool, helping participants with equipment and providing hands-on cues when needed. Class sizes are kept small (6-12 per class) to ensure everyone performs exercises safely and receives the personalized attention they deserve. After all, our classes are about YOU - your fitness, your health, your needs! We use rotating weekly "themes" (balance, speed/power, endurance, and core/postural strengthening) to guide us in designing research-based lesson plans, and we always incorporate upbeat music to keep you moving & having fun!
